This US military M1 steel pot combat helmet features an original Type II inner suspension liner contract dated July 21, 1967, manufactured by Firestone. Complete with a period-correct canvas chinstrap and internal webbing system, it serves as an excellent piece of mid-20th-century militaria history from the Vietnam War era.
